JEI Learning Center® has been serving the community since 1977, with a high percentage of students having accomplished academic excellence after enrolling in our learning centers. The Michigan Department of Education administers the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education. Currently, there are 587 school districts within the state with more than 86,000 experienced teachers educating more than 1.5 million students. There is currently a total of 1400 elementary schools and 783 middle schools which are part of the comprehensive list of educational institutions that are available for members of the community.

• Does a franchisee need to have specific qualifications?

The franchisee needs to be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who possesses a minimum of 4-year college degree, at least $150,000 net-worth, and $75,000 of liquid assets.

• Does a franchisee need to have some education background?

Those with experience in the education or business sector is a bonus, but not mandatory. If no relevant background applies, considerations will still be done on a case-by-case basis. 

• What is the duration of the first Franchise Agreement term?

The term spans for 5 years and comes with an additional renewal option of 5 years.
